Business game element

The group of students is divided into 3 teams. Each team gets a task.

One of the teams should show how the master hairdresser should behave when meeting the client, having a conversation with him on the choice of the type of service, as well as when performing preparatory and final work on servicing the client.

Another team needs to be shown how a master hairdresser should not behave when meeting a client, having a conversation with him on choosing the type of service, as well as when performing  preparatory and final work on customer service.

The third team observes the display of the first and second, gives an analysis of the activities of each team.

Exercise 1.

Showing the right organization  the work of a hairdresser when meeting a client, during a conversation with him on the choice of the type of service, as well as during preparatory and final work on servicing visitors.

Task 2.

Showing the incorrect organization of the work of the hairdresser when meeting the client, when talking with him about the choice of the type of service,  as well as in the preparatory and final work on customer service.  

Task 3.

Analyze the results of the answer of each team for task 1 and for task 2.
